WHAT IS PEACE PERSONIFIED

Peace Personified is a growing series of re-designs of the standard peace sign. A convention is created by the artist using question marks with tears for eyes to make faces within the peace sign. Some ask why tears? Others ask why question marks? I trust this for you to answer. This is not to trivialize peace or the present war - with all its horrors - but to give a constent and growing chorus of out spoken voices for peace. C. Drew gives his art away on the street (see below) and believes PEACE-PERSONIFIED to be another voice for peace. He has spent the last 15 years volunteering to found in Chicago a community art center open to talented youth and artists based on t-shirt art and screen printing.
